We are located on a private, secluded property that is tucked away in Auckland, New Zealand.

How many visitors can The Retreat accommodate?

The Retreat is a small intimate place. It is like your home away from home. We operate between 10 and 15 guests in primary care at one time. You get your own room so you can get some privacy and a space to call your own for your 30 day stay.

The beauty of being a smaller place is that we get to know you as an individual. We understand what works for each person and what doesn’t, so we are able to tailor our program to your specific needs.

Costs

The cost is 11,960 including GST. This includes accommodation, all meals, and of course The Retreat 30-day programme.

We want to make sure that finances are not a barrier to getting the help you need, so we offer a flexible payment plan.

Admission Requirements

You must be at least 3 days sober off alcohol; and 7 days clean off “P”. If you don’t think you can manage this, talk to our staff about whether or not you may qualify for “social detox” You must have completed preregistration completed by a staff member on the phone or in person so we can gauge that you are coming to the right place for you. Importantly, you must have a willingness to change.

In preparation for the stay, you will be required to bring some personal items with you:

-Toiletries
– Pyjamas/loungewear
– Comfortable clothes for group therapy and recreation
– Swimwear
– Exercise gear if you have it
– Medications that you are currently taking (prescription and non-prescription)
– Any special dietary requirements
-Notebooks
-Some form of identification
